A vulnerability for specific Unity versions was recently found, and while there was no impact reported, I still strongly urge you to delete your old version of the Steam Key Manager and download the newest one. As a friendly reminder, your keys are safely stored in your system's Documents folder, so a deletion of the tool won't affect your keys :)
